Once you have signed up you will receive an invite into my coaching software for your programming, and an invite into a private Facebook group where I will personally check in throughout the week to answer questions and give general guidelines around training, nutrition & supplementation.
Your programming will be based on your preference of 2, 3, 4 or 5 days a week of training in the gym.
These programs have been written by myself and have been proven to help hundreds of people over several years succeed in the areas of gaining muscle, losing fat & getting stronger.
GYM ACCESS & SOME WEIGHT LIFTING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.
- Private messages, E mails, texts or phone calls will not be answered as those times & avenues are
reserved for private coaching clients.
- All questions & concerns are to remain in the private group.
- Upon payment, you agree that you understand the risks of weight lifting & exercise and know that you
are fully responsible for any injuries or health issues that may occur while using this service or
hereafter.
- Payments are made monthly from the date that you sign up and require a 30 day notice of cancellation.
- Any negativity, discussion of politics or bullying will not be tolerated within the group. Ignoring
these guidelines may lead to your subscription to be canceled without refund.
