My approach to training is one of precision.
Precision in movement, precision in safety, precision in accountability. In diet analysis, goal setting and in phases of periodization. Above all, in professionalism. Every individual has their own specific needs when it comes to health and fitness, it’s my job to analyse what that is and coach through those needs until we get to the next step.

- willing to change their habits towards becoming stronger and healthier with improved quality of life.

- conscious that there is no shortcut and that this is a process which takes time, dedication and consistency.
The Iron Will Method is NOT suitable if you are:
- Looking for a magic bullet to “fix” your fitness & nutrition challenges.
- Looking for a crash diet to drop weight for an event which you will put straight back on afterwards.
- Intent on starving yourself to lose weight.
- Wishing to work out as hard as possible for several hours a day, seven days a week.
- Planning to throw money at your problems instead of putting in hard work.
